COMMON QUESTIONS

Minimum booking is 1 hour. Most artists book 2–4 hours for a productive session. Discounts available for 5+ hour blocks.
Absolutely. Bring files on a USB, send them ahead via email, or share a link. We'll have everything loaded before your session starts.
The lounge comfortably fits a small crew. We ask you keep it to 4 guests max in the control room to keep the session focused.
Yes. Mixing and mastering can be added on or booked as a standalone service. Reach out through the contact page for pricing.

Deposit & Liability Policy The 50% deposit collected at checkout is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your session and we will apply the deposit to your new booking date — no rescheduling fee. Same-day cancellations forfeit the full deposit.

By proceeding you acknowledge that C4 Services is not liable for damage to, or loss of, any personal equipment, media, or belongings brought into the studio. All studio equipment must be used with reasonable care. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to studio property by the client or their guests, and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
